Gaia & Cubase 6

Postby D3V14NTZ » Fri May 20, 2011 7:10 pm

Hi everyone.

got a bit of an issue and would mind a bit of help, see if anybody can offer a solution.

i've got my gaia hooked up to an m-audio fastrack pro via the midi option with the audio out from the gaia going to the instrument in on the FT pro.
I've changed the clock source on my gaia to the midi in so it syncs with the midi clock signal sent from cubase.

my main issue is... whenever i have the sustain at the max value and play sounds via the midi in, the sound doesnt stop... it seems to be on an endless feedback loop.
if i play the same melody by hand (or try to) then its fine... when its in this loop the sustain slider now actually just acts like a volume button for the feedback... which is highly annoying if i want to play a sustained sound e.g. a pad.
